RETURNS
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging .
- Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup product within five days of receiving the request.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with images at info@baebest.com and we will get back to you .
- An order can be returned/exchange to a maximum of one consecutive times.
- Items must be returned within five days of delivery.
- Delivery and tax charges will not be re-imbursed after the goods returned.
- In case of return , the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location. As these charges are two way , we request our customer to pay one way charge i.e Rs 100 .
