• Items must be unwashed, unworn and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the pickup of product within five days of receiving the request.
  • An order can be returned/exchange to a maximum of one consecutive time.
  • Items can be exchanged within six days of delivery.
  • In case of an exchange, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location. As these charges are two way, we request our customer to pay one way charge i.e Rs 100.
  • Exchange of a product is subject to stock availability.
