How will I know that my order is placed successfully ?
Once you successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered ?
Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 7-8 business days .
What is the refund policy for pre-paid order cancellation ?
If an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days.
What is Baebest’s return and exchange policy ?
RETURNS
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging . Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup product within five days of receiving the request. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with images at info@baebest.com and we will get back to you . An order can be returned/exchange to a maximum of one consecutive times. Items must be returned within five days of delivery. Delivery and tax charges will not be re-imbursed after the goods returned. In case of return , the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location. As these charges are two way , we request our customer to pay one way charge i.e Rs 100 .
EXCHANGE POLICY

An order can be returned/exchange to a maximum of one consecutive time. Items can be exchanged within six days of delivery. In case of an exchange, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location. As these charges are two way, we request our customer to pay one way charge i.e Rs 100.
